FJELLSNAKK Return Policy

1. Return Period
   Fjellsnakk accepts returns within 14 days after you receive the package. Returns beyond this period cannot be processed.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition with packaging.

• Customers cover their own return shipping costs for personal reasons.

• For product defects: Take photos/videos and contact customer service for covered return shipping.

3. Return Process
   Email help@fjellsnakk.com with:

• Order number

• Reason for return
  If you do not receive the return address before shipping, we cannot guarantee processing.

4. Packaging Requirements

• Use the original box or sturdy packaging with cushioning material.

• Include the order number on a paper note inside the package.

5. Refund Time

• Processing time: 5-7 business days after arrival at the warehouse.

• Refund to credit card: 2-7 business days (depending on the bank).

6. Special Cases

• Gifts may be kept upon return.

• Lost return package? Provide documentation with the tracking number.

• Wrong address/not picked up? Additional fee of 200 SEK.
