1. Definitions

Consumer: A natural person (not a business) purchasing goods/services for personal use.

Cooling-off Period: 14 days from delivery to change your mind (applies to most purchases).

Business Day: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Consumer Rights under Hong Kong Law

Our goods are sold with the understanding that they are of merchantable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and as described, in accordance with protections afforded to consumers under Hong Kong law, such as the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71).

If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not fit for its intended use, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2.2 Change of Mind (Non-Faulty Items)

We accept returns within 14 days if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

2.3 Faulty Items

Contact us at help@fjellsnakk.com with your order number and photos or video clearly showing the issue.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for items confirmed to be faulty.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery times: 3–10 business days (varies by location).
Import duties, taxes (such as Hong Kong GST), and customs clearance charges may apply for shipments into Hong Kong and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For lost or damaged packages, please provide your tracking details so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in AUD.
We accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal.

5. Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty applies where provided (terms vary by product).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
We collect necessary data such as your name, delivery address, email, and payment details solely to process and fulfil your order.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
For consumer advice or to attempt to resolve a dispute, you may contact the Hong Kong Consumer Council.
